Please note that we do not provide any guarantee on colour. We strongly recommend dry wash only to avoid any chances of colour spreading or damage.

2. Returns & Exchange:

• Any return or exchange request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

• A proper unedited opening video is mandatory — starting from the sealed parcel to fully opening the product and clearly showing the issue (e.g., tear, burn, cut).

• This helps us verify any manufacturing defects.

3. Handwoven Saree Disclaimer:

• Small irregularities like extra threads, minor gaps, or slight weaving inconsistencies are not considered defects.

• These are part of the charm of handmade products and are common in artisanal weaving.

4. Quality & Pricing Transparency:

• Requests for exchange or refund based on personal interpretation of quality will not be accepted.

• Quality is directly related to the price, and we ensure that every product is thoughtfully sourced and checked before dispatch.
