• Roop Regal Atelier is an online boutique offering sarees and ethnic wear, with a primary focus on handmade and handcrafted sarees.

• By purchasing from our website, you agree to our policies on shipping, returns, payments, and exchanges.

• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

2. Products & Availability

• Each saree is crafted with care, and many are handmade/hand-woven, which means slight variations in color, design, or weaving are natural and not considered defects.

• While we strive for accurate product images and descriptions, colors may vary slightly due to photography or device settings.

• Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We accept payments via UPI, Net Banking, and Credit/Debit Cards.

• Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard Products (Power Loom & Ready Sarees): Usually delivered within 7 business days, but please allow up to 15 business days.

• Handmade & Handcrafted Sarees: Require additional time; delivery may take 20–25 business days.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, location, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our products, returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect product delivery.

• Customers must raise return requests within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging for return/exchange eligibility.

• Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the error is on our part.

6. Cancellations

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours, as processing begins immediately.

• For handcrafted sarees, cancellations are not permitted once weaving/painting/embroidery work has started.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including images, text, designs, and logos, is the property of Roop Regal Atelier.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Roop Regal Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Durgapur, West Bengal.
